Banso Shop operates by appointment only. We want to take the time to get to know you, have a one-on-one consultation so we can understand exactly what you want when it comes to designing your look and creating your perfect outfit.
Here is what our process looks like from consultation to designing your dream outfit:
- Book your Design Consultation by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can book an in-person consultation or over the phone consultation (Whatsapp, FaceTime, Skype, etc).
- During your design consultation we will discuss exactly what you are looking for: fabrics, colours, embroideries, accessories, inspirations, etc.We will also take your measurements and confirm your order. You will have 24 hours to make any changes to your design before we begin creating your outfit.
- After confirming your design we will provide you with a quote within 24 hours, if not immediately. Once you confirm your order/design we require a 50% deposit to proceed. The remaining 50% plus shipping/courier costs (depending on the weight of your order) will be needed before your shipment gets delivered. You also have the option of paying the full amount upfront and the courier/shipping cost before your shipment gets delivered.
We accept cash, eTransfers and money transfers from financial services such as Western Union. A 3% processing fee will be charged on orders that are being paid by credit card and PayPal.
